- How do I transfer my entry to another runner?
- Participant transfer, or bib exchange, is when a bib is transferred from one participant to another in the same race. Example: Amanda is signed up for the Crossroads 5K but her childhood bestie is coming into town that weekend, so now Amanda can’t run. Amanda finds someone (Joe) to take her spot in the race. This costs $10 and is paid online through RunSignup.com by the person taking over the bib. Bib transfers must be done no later than the Friday the week before the event by 11:59pm, that is June 17th in 2022.

- How do I transfer to another race?
- Race transfer is switching from one Advanced Running Project race to another. Race transfers cannot be made between an ARP race and any other company. Race transfer requests must be sent by Friday of the week before the event by 11:59pm, that is June 18th in 2020. You can transfer into any race with open registration. Example: Allison is signed up for the Crossroads 5K when she finds out her best friend is having a wedding the same day of the race (how selfish of the friend right?)! So, she transfers to the Historic Germantown 8K. This costs $10 + any difference in registration prices and is paid online through RunSignUp.com
